I saw the coolest bike this morning outside my building. Its called De Fietsfabriek. Made in Holland. Anybody who knows the Dutch, knows they love their bikes. These bikes are rustproof and made for durability, and can accomodate up to a 90 lb. basket in the front.

It might not the be the space-age titanium alloy-type bikes we are all used to using, but I think bikes are meant to be ridden, not carried. Comes in a variety of models and prices, from about $1,200, and yes, they are available in the US. I want one!

I know a lot of people who could benefit from having one of these little critters around. Just right to get rid of those pesky screen fingerprints, these stuffed little bugs are attached to an elastic cord for easy access to your monitor. They are so fun, and come in spiders (brown), caterpillars (green), and a chunky little fish (yellow). $7. Works on flat screen tv’s too!
