I’ve had my eye on this forever and it is so cute I might just have to cave in and get it once and for all. If your organizational skills are anything like mine, you have necklaces are stored on a few bathrobe hooks in the closet, getting more and more tangled each day. If you havent discovered the the great nighties available at anthropologie, you should check them out. I realized that for most of the winter I have been sleeping in sweatshirts and t-shirts which could easily be worn by a man, or better yet a man playing a game of tag football. After this realization, I had to pick up some new sleeping gear. I’m proud of Anthropologie for selling so many great pajamas that are made in the USA. Ive said before, but I always feel good about spending money on these kinds of products.

It sounds like America’s young are defying history and are getting out there to vote in big numbers. A group that has always had a lot to say but has historically failed to vote, it sounds to me like this time around is different. I theorize that it is because of the way the last two frustrating elections have gone, and what has happened to us as a country since then.
It is exciting to both see and feel people’s hope for the future, not to mention my own. Word on the street is that despite the snow, ice, sleet and zero degrees before windchill, people of all ages, races and religions are seeing large turnouts in Wisconsin today, both in its cities and rural areas. Thanks to LA Grassroots 4 Obama for the great photo.

I am just in love with the girly look of anything Nanette Lepore. It is so sweet and pretty, Id almost buy the bottle without anything in it! This popular scent was introduced in 1994 and has notes of jasmine, peach, lime and violet. Yum! ($42)

You’ll notice that a pesky little widget is floating around at the top of this page. If you don’t yet see it, you will. It sometimes takes a second to come up. That was me trying to put a new item on this blog and I ended up doing something really strange. You can still use it if you want; its just in the wrong place. I will try get it fixed as soon as I can! Sorry about that!
